Went to another piercer in the same area and was told that they didn't even peirce the cartilage, and used the wrong sized bar. A week after getting it done I was in unbelievable pain. Yep an infection. Do not go here ever for a peircing.

- Isabella C Added September 05, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Only one hairdresser at the Glenorchy store. Other staff member was rude, unfriendly and had no idea what she was doing. Zero customer service skills.
Hairdresser did a horrible job. She didn’t cut my fringe straight and it’s too thick. I did call the store the next day and asked to be given a call back when someone was able to speak but I still haven’t heard anything back, nor was I given a receipt as proof I had my haircut there.
A totally waste of $35
DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. I made that mistake and now I am stuck with a fringe I hate and $35 out of pocket. - Pokirix Added August 27, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in needing a ball for my septum piercing as my original one had fallen off. Wasted 30 minutes of my time, employees were rude and unhelpful, didn't handle jewellery with sanitary or gloved hands, had no idea how to find what I was asking for, sold me the wrong sized ball and when I returned ten minutes later to confront them the now annoyed looking employee pretended to put the right sized ball in the bag and hand me over the original wrong sized ball and kept telling me it was the new ball when I told her it wasn't. Wasted my time and was over charged for jewellery I can't even wear.
