- Elizabeth Gwynn Added January 12, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I purchased a second-hand engine from here for $3,700 for my Hyundai i30. The engine came with a warranty – however only a few thousand km’s after it expired I started to experience major problems with my engine. I have now been told by my mechanic that I need an entirely new engine – which will cost upwards of $5,600 for the part and installation. I contacted Recycled Auto Parts and was not impressed by their response, they were not helpful, offered no solution, and could not care less about the situation, despite providing me with an engine that was a complete dud. I would suggest never using their services. It was the worst and most expensive experience I have ever had.
And It's incredibly frustrating to see the comment from the business below - it was 100% purchased from their business by Southern Brake Mechanical - it just shows their true colours that they are willing to lie (knowing there's no direct right of reply). - Cherry Thackham Added December 30, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very happy. Faulty lock which sent was replaced free of charge. You can't get better service than that!

I explained that time was of the essence for us to complete roadworthy repairs on the customer's car, John, Shane and Brad were all super helpful and got the part to me overnight which has enabled us to complete our customer's repairs on time! Awesome service, thanks guys for your assistance!
