  The most professional and caring service in the business as I have personally experienced. These guys go the extra mile to show they care. Flowers were delivered in full, on time and at VERY reasonable rates. Everything went down without a hitch for my Grandmother's funeral. And feel free to ask them to work with your budget if you see something you like but don't think you can afford it.

  I paid close $1000 for an arrangement that never came
  When I called was one lie after another
  First they said I didn't give a phone number
  I told them I can't proceed unless a phone is entered on the form...then they said i gave a wrong phone number and they called but no answer so I called the number they claimed I entered a girl said she did get a call but it was days after the delivery date .I told the guy I couldn't possibly enter a wrong number because the form was completed with "Google autofill "......which Ive used countless times before ,he said to me Google made the mistake and Google was wrong........then he was willing to help me place a new order while acting as if nothing was wrong

  My experience ordering flowers from Flowerline is truly amazing , from placing the order to delivery. Since discovering this company, they are on my list whenever I need to plac e an order for all family occasions.

  This is one of the first set of companies to offer fresh flower services on a large scale basis. It is conveniently located off the North bound lane of the UB highway in Charlievelle just after the Charlieville old road mosque. Service is pretty good with average to above average offeringd

  Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. They get the importance of great service and are on a whole different level. I will definitely use these guys again and again. They just can't be beat! My wife loved the Anniversary arrangement and chocolates! There was a error in the order but after calling them, they made everything alright! Thanks Farouk!!!
