  The technician arrived on time, was very efficient, willingly answered my questions, advised me that the unit was fault free that the fault may lie with the wiring installation; may be best to have an electrician check. He has organised for regular services in keeping with the manufacturers guidelines. Very impressed with the service from Howrah Plumbing.

  Howrah Plumbing were amazing, we needed our gas hot water system replaced urgently and they pulled out all the stops to get to us the same day and resolve the issue. They were kind, responsive, professional and very prompt! Highly recommend!

  HP were very prompt in sending Brett to us when our hot water cylinder was having issues. He was professional, communicated the issue clearly and worked quickly to resolve the problem. They were reasonably priced and easy to deal with.

  Callout 1: I was very impressed with how quickly Howrah Plumbing were able to respond to my problem. The service provided was excellent. They provided a light truck with a high pressure hose to unblock drains between the house and the septic. I called at 8:30 am and by 11am their plumber had travelled to Sandfly and fixed the issue. For truck, equipment, plumber and speedy service a few days before Christmas, the $400 fee was good value.
  
  Callout 2: A week later the septic which had been pumped out before callout 1, returned to its normal level. The blockage returned indicating that the high pressure hose had only blasted a small hole through the blockage. While the septic tank was completely empty that hole through must have been sufficient. I contacted Howrah Plumbing and they said it was a recall and sent their experienced operator and apprentice to tackle it with their draining cleaning machine. HP only charged for the additional drain clearing machine and the labour involved which was a few hundred dollars. Not bad considering I live 25 km out of the city on the western shore.
  I was also most impressed with how the senior plumber took the time to bring his young apprentice up to speed with the correct use of the equipment. She was a fast learner and took everything on board. Well done Team!
  
  Lessons learnt: Don't leave the septic tank 15 years to give it a pump out. Call HP before a blockage spreads further back.
